Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App"). By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

  • "App": The mobile application that allows users to record audio, transcribe recordings, and receive summaries or AI-based analysis.
  • "User": An individual who uses the App.
  • "Service Provider": Małgorzata Rykowska, operating under the business name "Uwolnij swój czas", based in Poland.

    • 2. Description of Services

    The App provides the following functionalities:

  • Recording audio via the device microphone
  • Transcription of audio recordings using AssemblyAI
  • Summarization and AI analysis using OpenAI services
  • Display and storage of results in a secure cloud database (Firebase)

    • 3. Conditions of Use

    By using the App, the User agrees to:

  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations
  • Not record conversations without the informed consent of all participants
  • Be fully responsible for any content recorded or submitted through the App

    • 4. Account Registration

    To use the App, Users must register via email and password or through a Google/Apple account. Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential. The Service Provider is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak or compromised passwords.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The App and all associated content are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App without written permission.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available". The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, software failure, third-party actions, or misuse by the User.

    7. Modifications

    The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of changes via the App or other appropriate means.

    8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider unless otherwise required by local law.

    9. Acceptance of Terms

    Before using the App, Users must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy by checking the acceptance box during registration.
